Note: By booking an appointment with Canine Cuts by Kelly, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accidents:

Although accidents are rare, there is a risk when working with animals. Grooming equipment such as scissors and clippers are very sharp and while we use caution and care accidents can occur. In the event of an accident you will be notified and in serious cases we will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet.

Coat Condition:

We prioritise your pet’s welfare. If your pet’s coat is matted we will recommend shaving rather than performing a dematting procedure. You will always be contacted to confirm your consent before the coat is shaved shorter.

Whilst every attempt will be made to prevent this, there is an increased risk of cuts and clipper rash due to severely matted coats. A matted coat may take more time to remove or demat safely and an additional fee will be applied.

Behaviour:

You are required to notify the groomer of any behavioural problems or bite history your pet has had before the session begins. The groomer may use muzzles to ensure their and the dog’s safety in the event of aggressive behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse any services to dogs if aggressive or unsafe.

Bookings and Cancellations:

We understand that customers may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. We would appreciate it if you could give us at least 48 hours’ notice. A £15 deposit is required to secure your first appointment. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or cash.

Following our cancellation policy, deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time and date. The deposit will be deducted from your grooming price total.

Social Media:

Please note that we may take photographs and videos of your pet for use on our social media. If you do not wish for these to be shared online please inform us at the drop-off time.

GDPR:

Your personal information will be protected and not shared. You consent for Canine Cuts By Kelly to contact you via the details you have provided.
